1. Exchanges are welcome within 7 days of purchase provided your item has not been worn and tags are still attached. Just email us on returns@dezzieg.com and tell us your wish and we will make it our command.

Just a few things to take note of please to ensure we can process your request quickly and efficiently:

Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags and labels still attached, as well as any accessories that were included in your purchase.

Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Cost of Return: The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return reaches us safely. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.

Once you purchase a pair of new Dezzie G Originals, you have the unique option to trade these in for a new pair at 50% off the current retail price. You can do this as many times as you like. This is how we are unique and just an exceptional brand offering.

How it Works ?

Anytime you feel like wearing a 'brand new' pair of G's, simply drop us a mail to returns@dezzieg.com telling us it's time to send you a new pair and once we have confirmed your email, physical address , email, tel contact , we will tell you to which address to send your old one's back to us and we will do the rest to ensure you get a new pair to you ASAP !

For now, this option is only available on our Dezzie G Original White Sneakers.

You pay for the courier fee to get it back to us and let's be fair, we cannot take responsibility for your package in the post , so please send it with a reliable courier and take an insurance option out just in case it gets 'lost in the post'. We handle everything. It's that simple.

What do we do with your old sneakers ?

Either we use them for research to improve our future designs and/or we sterilize them, replace the inner sole and donate them to less fortunate communities in South Africa. This is our way of giving back to the communities we do business in. We would like to keep this circle moving. It's called giving something back. 

We make ordering online less of a risk by confirming your right size by using foot length to find your right size:

You can easily measure your foot length by placing a piece of A4 white paper with the short side against a wall. Then stand barefoot on the paper with your heel against the wall.
Make a mark at the end of your big toe.
Now measure the distance from the end of the paper that was against the wall to the pen mark. 
This is your foot length. 

You do not have to add any extra for comfort, the shoe already takes comfort into account.

This offer stands for life long and there is no limit on the number of times this offer may be used. No questions asked, no proof of purchase required, simply send your sneakers back to us and we will send you a new pair at 50% the current retail price.

3. Limits and scope of trade-in option:

3.1 The 'White for Life' Trade-in offer can be used as many times as you like, immaterial of the condition or how any damage occured. The sneaker must be returned as a pair and the two shoes in the pair must be fully in tact.

3.2 The 'White for Life' Trade in offer will be extended to be used on future generations should the current model be discontinued.
